Bug Fixes

This blog will record known software bugs. If you are encountering a problem with the site, look here first to see if we already know about it. If its not on this page, then either leave a post on the Using this Website Page, or leave a comment on this blog article.

  • Secret Groups show up in Group Blocks. They remain inaccessible to non-members. The developers know about this bug, and a fix is on the way. FIXED
  • Members Map sometimes initially centers on the center of the US rather than on are with the most members. If you reload the page, the members map will center correctly. The Member's Map is being replaced with a more advanced map that provides a proximity search based on postal code. FIXED/REPLACED WITH NEW MODULE
  • Cover Photo Uploads: Member "TheDyce" reported that Unverified Members were unable to upload Cover Photos. Admin confirmed this was true and filed an ticket with the development team.

Feature Requests

Tell us about the features that would improve your lifestyle experience. If we enough people suggest that same feature, we may add that to our development list.

  • Members Map Proximity Search: Return search results ordered by how far they are from your postal code. Integrate with Google Maps. COMPLETED
  • Events Proximity Search: Return search results ordered by how far they are from your postal code. Integrate with Google Maps. COMPLETED
  • Unverified Members couldn't view other member profiles (expected), but they couldn't view/edit their on profile. They need to be able to view their own profile. COMPLETED
  • Subscription Feature upgraded to enable subscriptions to CNM4US + Closed and Secret Groups COMPLETED
  • Temporary Access Codes: Profiles are not normally accessible to non-logged in members. Additonally, members can configure their profile to be accessible ONLY by friends. But sometimes, members want to provide access to specific non-members--like people they meet at events.  Temporary Access Codes allows members to create a temporary access code. They can display this as a QR code on their mobile phone, or they can print out a pre-formatted business card with this QR Code.  When someone scans the QR code, they will be granted access to this member's profile--even though they are not members of the site.

Members can configure their temporary access to allow either 1) access to their entire member profile, or 2) access only to their initial profile page (avatar and cover image) with contact form.
